How do I create a contest without a gallery?

A gallery of the uploaded videos can be hidden from the public microsite. This is sometimes used when the contest platform is just used for internally judging entries or where the entries are not to be shown until a shortlist is created or winners announced.

Step-by-step guide

To configure whether your gallery is displayed go to the contest you would like to configure.

Select “Manage” for the specific contest and navigate to the Settings tab.

Navigate down to the gallery settings area:

Set the “Show entries” toggle to “OFF”. You can also turn off the gallery menu from the contest page by setting the “Show Gallery Menu” to “OFF”.

You can also choose to show a replacement message in the gallery area by entering text into the “Entries hidden message” text box. This will be displayed on the microsite home page gallery area (and the gallery page if the gallery menu is still displayed).
