ContestPad allows you to collect information from judges in the judging portal using Judging Forms.

Judging forms can include different types of fields similar to submission and vote forms.

To create a judging form go to the Competition settings area and select Forms.

From here select "Add From" and select "Add Judging Form"

Once created you can then add fields for the judges to complete by selecting Add Field.

To apply the judging form to the specific judging round when setting up the judging round, select the form you want to add in the "Judging from" drop down in the judging settings.

When the judge views the judging portal the judging form will now display when the entry is viewed.
