There are some emails that are not sent specific to one particular contest. For example an email that tells a user to reset their password may be sent by the administrator at the global level. This means these email templates need to be configured at the global site level.
To set these enable Global page in the global settings area in the top right cog of the dashboard.
Then select the Email Templates menu item under the Pages & Themes in the right menu.
Once select you will be presented with all the email templates applicable at a global level.
You can also view all emails that were sent out to users from the global level by selecting the Email tab.
This enables you to view and if required resend emails that have been sent to participants and administrators.
